Shipping, Returns, and Refunds for Goods

Article 1. Scope and principles of application
  1. DISC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, with enterprise code 0108468650 (hereinafter the “Company”), is the owner of the direct-sales e-commerce platform at the domain name discglobal.net (hereinafter the “Platform”).

  2. This policy applies to goods ordered online on the Platform and does not apply to services.

  3. Lawful transaction-specific information on shipping, exchanges, returns, and refunds that the Company discloses and that the buyer accepts before placing an order takes precedence for that transaction.

  4. This policy applies from the time it is published on the Platform. Each order is governed by the version of this policy most recently published before the order is placed.

  5. Mandatory provisions of law take precedence. Content in this policy that is prescribed by law applies in accordance with the law governing the transaction.

  6. Working days in self-imposed time limits exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays and Tet holidays under Vietnamese law.

Article 2. Shipping policy
  1. The Company discloses the delivery method, the name of the shipping and delivery provider, and the estimated delivery time together with the point from which it is calculated, in the product information or during checkout. The Company discloses geographical limits, if any, before the buyer places an order.

  2. The logistics service provider, if any, is responsible for providing order information during delivery to the users of its services.

  3. The Company discloses its goods inspection policy, if any, in the product information or during checkout.

Article 3. Exchange, return, and refund policy
  1. The Company takes back goods that do not match the Company’s information or commitments on the Platform, or goods with defects for which the Company is responsible. The Company provides exchanges, returns, or refunds only in accordance with its legal obligations or the Company’s commitments.

  2. The buyer must notify the Company immediately upon discovering a defect that causes the goods to lose their value or reduces their use value. Warranty rights, if any, apply to defects that the buyer discovers within the warranty period of the goods. For exchange, return, or refund commitments beyond the Company’s legal obligations, the time limit for making a request is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless the Company has made a different commitment.

  3. If the Company provides incomplete or inaccurate information as required under Clause 1 of Article 37 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, the consumer has the following rights:

    a) To agree with the Company on how to handle the contract.

    b) To unilaterally terminate performance of the contract and notify the Company within 30 days from the date the contract is entered into. The consumer does not bear any termination costs, except the cost of the portion of the goods already used. The Company refunds the amount paid for the unused portion within 30 days from the date the consumer declares the termination.

    c) To request a competent authority to declare the contract invalid or to rescind the contract in accordance with civil law.

  4. The Company’s receiving and handling unit receives requests, feedback, or complaints about exchanges, returns, and refunds by email at help@discglobal.net.

  5. The process for handling exchange, return, and refund requests consists of the following steps:

    a) The buyer submits a request within the applicable time limit, together with the order information, the reason, the proposed resolution, contact information, and any relevant documents available.

    b) The Company notifies the consumer of receipt within 3 working days from the date it receives the request. If necessary, the Company requests additional information or provides return instructions within 5 working days from the date it receives the request.

    c) The buyer provides the additional information within 7 days from the date of receiving that request. When goods need to be returned, the buyer preserves, packs, and hands over the goods at the location or to the party designated by the Company within 7 days from the date of receiving the instructions. The Company may extend the time limits in this Point.

    d) The Company gives notice of the outcome within 15 working days from the date it receives all the necessary information. If the goods need to be inspected, this time limit runs from the date the Company has both all the necessary information and the goods. Within the same time limit, the Company fulfills an eligible request by issuing a refund, sending replacement goods, or giving notice that the replacement goods are ready for pickup in person. The delivery time for replacement goods is as set out in Article 2.

  6. The time limits that the Company sets for itself in Clause 5 apply to consumers only where the law does not prescribe a specific time limit for the same task. For other buyers, handling time limits are as agreed or as provided by law.

  7. The Company chooses to issue refunds either through the original payment method or by bank transfer to a valid account provided by the buyer. When issuing a refund under Point b of Clause 3, the Company replaces the original method only if the consumer agrees.

  8. The Company bears the costs that the law requires it to bear. For commitments beyond the Company’s legal obligations, the refund does not exceed the amount actually paid for the portion of the goods being refunded. In this case, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping, delivery of replacement goods, and the refund, unless the Company has made a different commitment. Costs borne by the buyer and any adjustment to promotional benefits apply only if the amount or calculation method was disclosed before the order was placed.
