Conditions or Restrictions on Providing Goods or Services on the Platform
Article 1. Entity, scope, and effective date
DISC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, with enterprise code 0108468650 (hereinafter the “Company”), is the owner of the direct-sales e-commerce platform at the domain name discglobal.net (hereinafter the “Platform”).
Articles 2 and 3 set out the general limits of the online ordering function. A specific condition or restriction replaces the corresponding part of the general limits if the Company has specifically published its content and scope of application on the Platform before the buyer places an order and that specific condition or restriction is legally effective. Restrictions required by law and the cases in Article 4 continue to apply.
This document applies, from September 16, 2026, to orders that buyers submit on or after that date.
Article 2. The Platform’s online ordering function has no limits on the time of supply, no limits on geographic scope, and no restrictions on Customer eligibility
The Platform’s online ordering function does not have the following limits and restrictions on the provision of goods or services applicable to the Company and buyers on the Platform:
Limits on the time of supply: specific hours, days of the week, or periods of the year during which goods or services are provided or restricted;
Limits on geographic scope: specific areas, territories, or localities where goods or services are delivered or where their provision is restricted;
Restrictions on Customer eligibility: conditions regarding age or a specific place of residence for access to goods or services.
Article 3. Maximum and minimum quantity limits for goods or services
The Platform’s online ordering function does not have the following quantity limits on the provision of goods or services applicable to the Company and buyers on the Platform:
a) Limits on the maximum quantity of goods or services per Customer;
b) Limits on the minimum quantity of goods or services per transaction or per Customer.
The Platform’s online ordering function has the following quantity limit on the provision of goods or services applicable to the Company and buyers on the Platform:
The maximum quantity of each type of goods or service per transaction is 9,999 units of that type of goods or service. Each type of goods or service is counted separately. Therefore, a single transaction may include up to 9,999 units of each of several different types of goods or services.
Article 4. Conditions on service availability
The maximum in Clause 2 of Article 3 is not a commitment by the Company regarding its capacity to supply.
The Company may stop or restrict the acceptance of orders or the provision of goods or services for one or more of the following reasons. These reasons may also interrupt the acceptance of orders or the provision of goods or services:
a) The Company’s capacity to supply cannot meet the order;
b) The Platform or the technical infrastructure that the Platform uses experiences an incident or is being inspected, maintained, repaired, updated, or upgraded;
c) A force majeure event as provided by law;
d) The Company needs to ensure the safety and security of the Platform, comply with the law, or carry out a request of a competent state authority;
dd) The buyer violates the law or the transaction conditions that are in effect for the buyer;
e) The Company changes, suspends, or terminates its business in goods or services or its operation of features of the Platform.
For contracts already entered into, the Company’s right to stop or restrict supply and its liability are determined in accordance with lawful agreements and the law.
