Pricing Policy

Article 1. Owner and effective date

  1. DISC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, with enterprise code 0108468650 (hereinafter the “Company”), is the owner of the direct-sales e-commerce platform at the domain name discglobal.net (hereinafter the “Platform”).

  2. The Company published this policy on the Platform on September 9, 2026 (Vietnam time).

  3. The Company applies this policy from 7:00 a.m. on September 30, 2026 (Vietnam time). For contracts entered into from that time onward, this policy replaces the general pricing provisions that the Company published on the Platform before that time.

Article 2. Prices of goods and services provided on the Platform

  1. Prices listed on the Platform include the taxes, fees, and charges (if any) applicable to the goods and services in accordance with the law.

  2. Listed prices do not include shipping charges or other additional costs apart from the taxes, fees, and charges referred to in Clause 1 of this Article, except for costs that the Company clearly states on the Platform as included in the price.

Article 3. Service usage costs for sellers

Service usage costs for sellers do not apply to the Company’s direct sales activities on the Platform.
