Display Priority and Livestream Selling Policy

Article 1. Owner and effective date

1. DISC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, with enterprise code 0108468650 (hereinafter the “Company”), is the owner of the direct-sales e-commerce platform at the domain name discglobal.net (hereinafter the “Platform”).

2. This policy applies from 7:00 a.m. on September 12, 2026.

Article 2. Display priority policy

1. The Company decides at its own discretion whether goods and services are displayed on the Platform, and their display order and position, unless otherwise provided in Clause 2 or Clause 3 of this Article.

2. When Users select filtering or sorting criteria using a tool provided by the Platform, the Platform displays goods and services according to those criteria; the Platform shows, directly within that tool, the criteria that Users can select.

3. When Users search by keyword without having selected a sorting criterion, the Platform sorts the search results by relevance to that keyword.

Article 3. The Platform does not provide a livestream selling feature

The Platform does not provide a livestream selling feature.
